Russia: Travel

Depending on the region you are adopting from, you will most likely make two trips to Russia in completing your adoption. Your trip to Russia will occur approximately 4-6 months after the acceptance of a referral. Your first trip will last 5-6 days. Your second trip, approximately 4-6 weeks later, will last 7-18 days, depending on which region you are adopting from. Both parents must travel to Russia.

We give you guidance and information to help with planning your international travel. At Small World, we allow you to arrange the international flight to accommodate your own travel preferences. We will handle all the arrangements for you inside Russia.
